188-194 Greenhills Rd Greendale Directions: from Ballan, head to Greendale/Blackwood, and after you cross the bridge at the lowest point on the road and are heading uphill, Greenhills Rd is half way up the hill on your left.
The bitumen turns to dirt and you will pass Brady's Lane ( the road to the GD Pub) on your right before coming to the first bend in the road and turn right into Steve Burgins property.
The entrance has a bluestone/ wrought iron railing at the entrance.
Don't go down the drive but turn left towards the hay shed
Done.
Motorcycle
details
This non-competitive event is for pre 1988 model bikes with registration and
for road licensed riders.
All motorcycles to have a headlight, tail light, horn and mirror.
All bikes MUST have an adequate silencer.
Catering
Coffee cart will be there both days

Camping
Friday, Saturday and Sunday night camping is available at $15 per person, per night.
Bring a rake as the cows have been fertilising the paddock recently
Workers will be there from Thursday so don't be afraid to turn up early to help
Greendale pub is 3km away via a back road.
Event schedule;
Saturday:
- Riders briefing 11.30am
- Start 12pm
- Course closes 4pm
Saturday's loop will be the same as the A3VE special test one, about a 5-10 minute loop.
Make yourselves dizzy!
Sunday:
- Riders briefing 8:30am
- Start 9.00 am.
- Riders will leave 3 per minute
- Course closes at 2pm.
Course will use parts of the A3VE tracks that haven't been
seasonally closed or blasted with fallen trees.
We have accessed a new area with some new technical sections
Course is approx 40km with 2 checkpoints
Entry details
After some consultation with MV we are now changing to a different permit system
We now have different options for VERi entries
The entry fee will still be $85.00
However the $15.00 levy will only need to be paid once per event and the added bonus is if you have an annual MV/MA competition or recreation licence you won't need to pay the levy
Simply state you MV/MA licence No on the pre entry online
form OR tick the $15.00 levy box

- MV levy $15 (not needed if you have a MA licence)
- VERi Non member fee $20
- Late entry fee $20
- Camping $15 per person, per night
Online pre entries have now closed
Entry at the event is most welcome however a $20 late entry fee applies

Ride with your mates
- You can ride with others on the same minute on Sunday, but this needs to be submitted via the entry form.
- Others that you want to ride with MUST also pre-enter.
- Use the team name field on
the entry form to help sorting of teams
- No re-arranging of start numbers will take place at the event
- In the worst case, just wait for your mates!
