Harrow Vinduro June 2022
After a few false starts during 2020 & 2021 the Harrow Vinduro is now go for the weekend of 18-19 June 2022.

EVENT DETAILS:
General
This non-competitive event is for pre 1988 model bikes with registration
and for road licensed riders. All motorcycles to have a WORKING headlight, tail light
and adequate silencer.
There are also boxes on the entry form to book in the usual Saturday night
dinner in the hall as well as Sunday breakfast and lunch at the start/finish
area. To book in these meals please indicate on the entry form how many you
would like of each. You can book several if you have spectators coming with you
or you can write nil if you will be organizing your own meals.
Event t-shirts will be available at the event for $30 in limited
numbers.
You can ride with others on the same minute on Sunday, but this needs to be
submitted via the entry form by 9.00 PM Sunday 5th June. Others that you want to ride
with must also pre-enter. No re-arranging of start numbers will take place at
the event. In the worst case, just wait for your mates!
Pre-entry via the form below is preferred, though we will accept entries at
the event. Online entry closes 9.00 PM Sunday 5th June
$20.00 late fee for entering on the day
$20.00 non member fee per event (Yearly membership $50.00)
Entry fee $80.00 ($65.00 entry fee + $15.00 MV levy)
Camping is $10 per person per night, payable in advance.

Friday

Saturday
There will be a ride for Saturday afternoon, details to be advised.
The VERi AGM will be held in the hall at 5pm. Please arrive on time.
Election for committee positions will take place at the AGM.
Dinner will commence at 6pm, straight after the AGM, at the hall. We ask
that non-members do not enter the hall prior to 6pm. The dinner is a 2 course
meal and costs $35, it must be booked on the entry form. Caterers will have a
liquor licence to serve drinks at the hall.
Sunday
Riders briefing at 8.30am, first riders away 3 per minute from 9am. The
course will take place on the now familiar farmland around Harrow. Obey road
rules and take care where we use public roads. More details about the course
will be made available soon.
Sunday breakfast and lunch packs are available for $12.50 each. Please
pre-order via the entry form.
Course closes at 2pm, stories and good vibes go on forever.
